Customized Breathwork Groups

  • A group of friends desiring to breathe together

  • A healing circle seeking a breathwork facilitator to guide a group session

  • A group of colleagues wanting to bring breathwork into their workspace

  • Family members wanting to connect deeper with one another

  • A studio or healing space seeking a breathwork event or workshop

Customized Groups may last 75-90 minutes, which includes orientation, breathwork, meditation, and time to integrate together after. Cost is determined on group size, and travel expenses may apply.
