Individual Breathwork Sessions are for those looking to uncover deeper aspects of themselves, find ease in their body, and move stuck energy.

Individual Sessions

This is a 1:1 space where we focus on your individual process and moment. If you are curious about this practice, moving through difficult emotions, or looking for a space to connect more deeply with yourself, this is a great place to start.

1:1 Sessions can happen in my breathwork studio in Ashland, or virtually over Zoom. We will spend time checking-in and I will guide you through a 30-minute breathing session, followed by a meditation. Time will be left to discuss your experience together and answer any questions.
